We took a drive up to Timberline Lodge, the highest point you can drive to on Mt. Hood and Jadon got to check out some snow for the first time. At 6000 ft elevation we were in the cloud cover so you could not see up the mountain or take in the beautiful views. But we did enjoy the nice big and warm lodge, had some chili and watched a couple of snow boarders enjoy the first snow of the season. Someone even took the trouble to build this snow-man for a Kodak moment.
