A dry day for Ian

Ian's first day in the same underpants from start to finish! Except
his nap, which involved wrestling him to put on his diapers - not a
happy camper. Praying for a repeat performance.

Some of my favorite things

Watching Ian move the box back into position so he can climb over the
footboard of our bed. The box I just took away so he couldn't climb
over it!

Watching Jadon jump the dance steps of Jonah a Veggie Tales Movie.
Will states that we should get him involved in acting or drama, my
reply "he just likes to jump, and what else can vegetables with no
arms do?"

Watching Ian put clothes in the dirty hamper on his way to his bath! He's so excited and loves doing what big brother does.

Making Cookies

Oh this was so much fun! After I got over the fact that this was going to be a lot messier than I had originally planned. All the ingredients were tested before placed in the bowl (even flour!) and whats a couple of bits of egg shells? Extra protein or whatever - right? Will never noticed! Can't wait to do this again with my little helpers.

Making Snow

One day, Jadon decided his train needed some snow to travel through. Guess how he made snow....

Hike through Forest Park

It has been a beautiful early spring this year in Portland, and I am not complaining! It is feeling like California - except for chillier and more overcast days - but with all the sunshine we have been experiencing, everything is in bloom! We have been taking advantage of this weather and getting the boys out and exploring the awesome hiking within Portland's awesome Forest Park. Jadon can do a 3 mile trek before he needs to rest, so away we went!

Long Time no Blog

Here's the story. Jadon accurately pointed out to our nanny that Ian had fallen asleep while eating PB&J at lunch. When Amy came back after putting Ian down this is what she found.....
